3- Day Trail Leader Package
This comprehensive 3-course package is recommended for those interested in learning how to successfully lead 4wd excursions. The Explorers Course and Recovery Course are included with our new Intro to Trail Leading Course at a special package price so that even experienced participants can observe the teaching techniques that will strengthen their skills as a trail leader.

This new course is designed for those who have 4wd experience and are interested taking their skills to the next level, leading groups on 4wd excursions. Whether you want to just lead friends or pursue a career as a commercial guide, this course will look at the many facets necessary to successfully lead a trip, and hands on practice in group logistics and common challenges. Course is conducted on trail, not classroom lecture. By participating in the Explorers Course and the Recovery Course, even if you have already attended those courses or possess those skills, you can observe the teaching techniques that will strengthen your skills as a trail leader. Intro to Trail Leading is available only as part of the 3-Day Trail Leader Package.

Custom Private Courses
Barlow Adventures also offers private, custom 4WD instruction at Table Mesa near New River, AZ. Private courses are available on a flexible schedule and location calendar. Our instructor will lead you through the wide variety of terrain and obstacle types that this diverse desert area offers.
