Top Gear Rubicon Trail

When the TV series Top Gear wanted to shoot an episode on the Rubicon Trail, they called Barlow Adventures to help them do it.

The Ask

The History Channel’s Top Gear America wanted to film an episode on the famous Rubicon Trail. The show hosts would drive modified vehicles on a multiday trip in the heart of the Sierra Nevada Mountains.

The Solution

Barlow Adventures was a natural fit with their years of experience guiding on the Rubicon Trail for years and working with large productions. They helped with planning out the trail expectations, camping accommodations, and camp food. During the filming, Barlow Adventures provided guiding, support crew, and vehicles.
